INCLUDED
  • Transportation by flight from Stockholm to Lapland (Round trip) with 1 pc. cabin & check-in baggage.
  • All Transfers in Kiruna (Airport - Town center - Accommodation & return).
  • Accommodation for 4 days & 3 nights in wilderness arctic cabins , on a shared-room basis with kitchen and bathroom.
  • 90 degrees north’s tour manager and dedicated tour guide support.
  • Free rental of Ice-fishing equipment to fish on a frozen lake.
  • Free access to firewood throughout your stay.
  • Free access to the Arctic Sauna in your accommodation, a one-of-a kind sauna that floats on a lake
  • Free access to bonfire places with unlimited firewood in the accommodation
PRICES
  • The base price for a 4 day trip to Swedish Lapland starts from 4560 SEK (approx. 400 €)* per youth(under 26 years of age); 5450 SEK(approx. 470 €)* per adult (26 & above years of age). Prices vary according to departures and dates. Please check individual trip information for detailed pricing.
TRIP ACTIVITIES
  • Snowmobile tour for 30 kms on a frozen river to the ICEHOTEL & Sami village.1300 SEK (approx. 110 €)* per individual. You can sign up for this activity at the starting point of the tour.
  • Entry tickets of the ICEHOTEL.
  • Entry tour of the Sami village where you can feed and pet reindeers.
  • Cross Country Skiing & rental of skiis.
*all activities mentioned above are optional with the exception of snowmobile tour and not included in the base price.
NOT INCLUDED
  • Meals (you can buy your own food at the supermarket and there are fully equipped kitchens to cook meals in the cabins where you will stay).
  • Travel Insurance.
  • Bed linen & Towels (you can bring your own or rent them in the cabins).
  • Anything not mentioned in the Included section.
Booking Terms and Conditions
The booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions and when you make a booking you accept the terms of these booking conditions.
CANCELLATION / CHANGES:
A.Any cancellation or change request must be sent to us by e-mail to info@90degreesnorth.se

B.If you register for the trip but you do not pay within the applied deadline, your spot will be cancelled. The final payment must reach us no later than 14 days before departure.

C.If you wish to change the date of your trip, we will only be able to accommodate this request if it’s presented to us less than 30 days before your departure, and only in case we have not yet bought the flight tickets for you. Otherwise, you will not be able to change the date of the trip, but cancel your original spot (conditions specified in point D apply) and book another.

D.If you have paid entirely and wish to cancel your trip up to 30 days before departure and your flight tickets have not been booked yet, you are eligible for a full refund except from the 270 SEK registration fee which is non-refundable and included in the base price.

E. If you have paid entirely and wish to cancel your trip up to 30 days before departure and your flight tickets have already been booked, you are eligible for a full refund except from the airline ticket fee and the 270 SEK registration fee which is non-refundable and included in the base price. However, you can sell your spot to someone else for which we will charge a fee for changing the name on the booking (if the airline ticket was included in the price of the trip). This fee varies depending on the charges applied by the airline company, but the buyer must be within the same flight age category as the original booking (youth/adult). Both you and the buyer of your spot are responsible for finding an agreement between yourselves and paying all costs incurred in making the name transfer. 90degreesnorth should know all the changes in your booking 10 days before departure at the latest.

F.If you have paid entirely and wish to cancel your trip less than 30 days and up to 10 days before departure, you are not eligible for refund. However, you can sell your spot to someone else for which we will charge a fee for changing the name on the booking (if the airline ticket was included in the price of the trip). This fee varies depending on the charges applied by the airline company, but the buyer must be within the same flight age category as the original booking (youth/adult). Both you and the buyer of your spot are responsible for finding an agreement between yourselves and paying all costs incurred in making the name transfer. 90degreesnorth should know all the changes in your booking 10 days before departure at the latest.

G.If you have paid entirely and wish to cancel your trip less than 10 days before your departure, you are not eligible for any changes or refunds. In case of a medical/travel emergency, we will do our utmost to help you with your insurance claim process if you have travel insurance.

H.If you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way after you have made your registrations (for example change/add additional activities, change your accommodation preference, etc.), we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible depending on availability and sometimes it might impose extra fees that vary depending on your case and when you wish to change it.

I.We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control and in this case you are entitled to a total refund.

REFUNDS: A.We are not liable where any failure to perform or improper performance of the travel services is due to: you or another entity unconnected with the provision of the travel services in our package; unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, unusual weather conditions, Force Majeure, and a situation beyond our control; and in case you will not be able to see the Northern Lights as it is a natural phenomenon beyond our control. B.The refund would take place in card or through a bank transfer in case your account is a Swedish one. In case you are not the owner of a Swedish bank account, we can refund you through a money transfer for which you would bear the costs of the transfer.



INSURANCE:We do not provide any travel insurance with the package you’re booking. We strongly recommend all passengers to have a valid travel insurance that covers cancellations, losses or theft of personal belongings, accidents during the trip and medical assistance. You are in charge of arranging this on your own.

CHANGE OF ITINERARY:Our final itineraries might change due to external factors and specific circumstances, such as unpredictable weather conditions, Force Majeure, delays, and other unpredictable situations; therefore we reserve the right to change the itinerary during the trip in case of extraordinary circumstances. 90degreesnorth is responsible for arranging alternative transportation to get you to the starting point of the trip, in case the original itinerary is disrupted.

COMPLAINTS: If you have a complaint or find yourself in a difficult situation and ask us for help, we will provide appropriate assistance to the best of our ability and help you find solutions, alternative arrangements and make any necessary phone calls/emails. Should you need our help, please contact us by email at info@90degreesnorth.se. In case your complaints are not directly related to our company, 90degreesnorth, but to the behaviour of other guests or the services provided by our local partners, please report them to us and we will do our best to try to fix them, but we do not take responsibility for them.

PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS: : Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
