Winter Activities
ABISKO AURORA CHASE
Join one of our professional guides in Abisko and chase the magical northern lights in one of our safe, modern 4x4 vehicles or larger buses.

Drive your own snowmobile or share one with a friend and we make you learn the ways of the forest into the area around Jukkasjärvi and beyond.

- Booking Terms and Conditions
- The booking for the activities is made on the terms of these booking conditions and when you make a booking you accept the terms of these booking conditions.
A.The activities are not for our Package tours to Lapland. These tours take place in different locations and it is the responsbility of the participant to be present at the starting location of each specific tour.
B.Full payment is required before the start of the activity. You can pay either by card at the start of the activity or pre-book in advance. C.You can cancel your activity up to 24 hours prior to arrival and receive a full refund if you have pre-booked one of our activities. No refunds will be made for cancellations that are made 20 hours before arrival. If at any time an unforeseen event causes to cancel our activity, you will receive a 100% refund. 90degreesnorth AB is not responsible for any travel expenses to or from the start of the activity location. Please note: We occasionally offer special discounts on our activities – while it is possible to cancel with a refund as described above it is not possible to cancel and re-book your activity at a lower price as all promotions are for new customers that have not made a booking with us in the past.
D.We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control and in this case you are entitled to a total refund.
REFUNDS:We are not liable where any failure to perform or improper performance of the travel services is due to: you or another member in your group inebrieted or intoxicated during the activity; unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, Force Majeure which means a situation beyond our control, and also in case you will not be able to see the Northern Lights as it is a natural phenomenon not depending on us.
The refund would take place in the form of card payment or through a bank transfer if you have paid through a bank.
INSURANCE:We recommend you purchase travel insurance before goin on our activities to protect yourself in case of travel delays, missed flights, illness etc.
COMPLAINTS: If you have a complaint or you’re in difficulty and ask us to help we will provide appropriate assistance, and helping you to find alternative arrangements and any necessary phone calls/emails. In case you need our assistance you should contact us at our e-mail info@90degreesnorth.se. In case your complaints are not linked with our company, 90degreesnorth, but to other behaviours of other guests, or our local partners, please report them to us and we would try to fix them but we would not take responsibility for them.
